At ByKavi, we are committed to providing you with the lowest possible prices on authentic, premium socks. Because we operate on extremely slim margins to keep prices affordable for our community, all sales are final.

• No Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or color preferences. Please refer to our product descriptions and guides carefully before completing your purchase.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: We perform a quality check on every order before it leaves our facility. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at bykavi.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, provide a resolution that may include a store credit or partial refund.
